Lobster Corn Chowder
Summer is such a wonderful time for food, especially in New England! We have delicious sweet naked and incredible cold water lobsters a plenty. This past 4th of July weekend we were lucky enough to have both! Mom and corn brought together with a creamy broth, what could be better? I grew up in the small New England town of Westport, Massachusetts. Westport is both a fishing and farming community. Some of the biggest of those two industries has always been lobster, dairy and corn.
