1 Lb. Of cooked ham cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (8 oz) can of pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, drained

3/4 Cup of strawberry jelly
A spoonful of prepared mustard
Heat the grill.
Assemble alternating the ham, pineapple, and tomatoes in the metal sticks for skewers of 10 inches.
In a small microwave bowl, mix jelly and mustard. Heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until the jelly melts. Stir to combine. Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons of jelly on skewers.
When the grill is hot, place the skewers on the gas grill over medium heat or on the charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches away from medium-sized coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through, turning once. Serve with the remaining jelly mixture.
