10 Ingredients

1/3 cup of raisins, soaked from the previous night (or 2 tablespoons of maple sugar)
2 cups of carrots, peeled and cut
2 cups almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon toasted and grated coconut as an accompaniment
1/3 cup of Cheerios ™ crushed as an accompaniment

If you do not have frozen bananas, use non-frozen bananas and 2 cups of ice.
