I have Become a Huge Fan of One Particular Herbal Tea Beverage

Sometimes you come across products that you drink, and they make you wonder more about the company that is behind the production of those products. The things that are made by Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group made me want to do exactly that. I fell in love with them because they are all so very tasty to me, and that got me wondering how a company could be so spot on with the things that they make. I feel this way about other things in life at times, too.

I love herbal tea, and I bought some that I saw no store shelf one day. I had no idea who made the tea, but I really loved the taste once I tried it out. I continued to buy it as normal, only knowing the name of the tea, but not the manufacturer. Then, later, I bought a sports drink when I stopped at a convenience store one day on a business trip.

I was feeling so sluggish, and I thought this type of drink might help. I grabbed the first thing out of the store’s cooler that looked good, went outside to my car, and sipped it slowly. By the time that I got out onto the highway and was well on the way to getting to my destination, I was stunned by how good I felt. And the drink tasted good, too. That is when I looked to see who made the thing that I had just been drinking.

When I got to my destination, I decided to look up the company that made an item that made me feel so alert and good. That’s when I learned that the same company also makes the tea that I drink. I paid attention to the other things they produce, and now I am a big fan of everything that they make. There’s nothing I don’t like from their line!

How to prepare Cinnamon Atole Drink

Atole or ATOL is a drink of my childhood, traditionally served at breakfast or during the snack along with a rich bread of sweet or accompanied by tamales. The atole has pre-Hispanic origins and was prepared with corn masa with water and served very hot. This drink is popular in Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. Let’s cook!

6 Ingredients

4 cups of fresh milk
2 cinnamon sticks
2 sugar cups
4 teaspoons of cornstarch
1/2 Cup of water
Cinnamon powdered

1 Place a deep casserole on the stove and add the milk, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook these ingredients over low heat.
2 In a bowl combine 1/2 cup water with the corn starch and dissolve until a white preparation is obtained.
3 When the milk reaches its first boil, add the corn starch dissolved in water and move with a spoon until a viscous consistency.
4 When the atole is thick, serve it hot in a pot or a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Accompany with a rich bread of sweet or toasted bread with butter.
