Green Endive Eggs with Bacon and Avocado

10 Ingredients
12 Eggs, parboiled and peeled
6 Bicotta strips
4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Mustard spoon
2 Teaspoons of caper juice
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/8 Teaspoon red paprika powder (paprika)
1 Ripe and firm avocado diced into 1 1/2 inch squares
2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
12 Capers baby

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Using a teaspoon, carefully remove the yolks and place them in a deep container and then mix them with the other ingredients of filling. Reserve the white parts to fill them.

Heat a medium frying pan over medium high heat, place the bacon strips and cook until they are toasted, remove from heat and drain on paper towel. With your hands, place them in small pieces. Reservation.

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, caper juice, pepper and paprika powder to the container in which you put the yellow boiled eggs. With the help of a fork mix well.

In a medium bowl mix the avocados cut with the lemon juice to avoid getting black. Reservation.

With the help of a spoon or a pastry sleeve, fill the egg halves with the mixture of yellow. Place a little bit of avocado on top of each, a few bits of bacon and a caper.

Place the stuffed eggs in a covered container and refrigerate for a period of 3 hours so that the mixture is firm.

At the moment of serving, if you wish you can sprinkle some freshly ground pepper and red paprika powder.

Berry Fresh Water

4 Ingredients
4 Cups of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, diced
6 Cups of water, divided
1/2 Sugar cup Juice of a lemon

Add fruit, two cups of water and sugar in a blender. Blend until the fruit is dissolved and have a homogeneous mixture.

Strain the mixture, place in a jar and then add the other four cups of water, lemon juice and stir.

Serve with ice or place the jug of fresh water in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool.

19 Ingredients

8 guajillo chiles
4 chiles ancho
6 chilli peppers
6 cups of water
1 12 lb turkey
2 chipotles in adobo
1 3.5 oz annatto paste bar, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
1 spoonful of cumin seeds
1/2 spoon of dehydrated marjoram
1/2 spoonful of dehydrated thyme
2 teaspoons pepper
3 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
12 cloves garlic, minced
7 cups of chicken broth
1 lb unsalted butter at room temperature
2 lemons, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced

1. Return the seeds and stems to the peppers and place in a large glass bowl.
2. Cover with water and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes, blend in 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the microwave and let stand.
4. Clean turkey, remove neck and gizzards, rinse and dry with paper napkins. Transfer to a baking sheet with a rack. Preheat oven to 450 ° F.
5. Strain the water from the chiles and transfer them to the blender.
6. Add chipotles, achiote paste, oregano, cumin seeds, marjoram, thyme, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 salt, vinegar, half garlic, 3 butter bars and 3 cups chicken broth. 8. Stuff the turkey with lemons, onions and chopped garlic, and pepper. Spread 2 cups of chili paste and butter all over the turkey and under the skin of the breast.
9. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Reduce the temperature to 350 ° F, cover with foil and continue baking for 2 1/2 hours. In the last 2 hours, grease the turkey with the sauce every 30 minutes. The turkey will be ready when the turkey breast reaches a temperature of 165 ° F and that of the leg, 180 ° F.

5 Ingredients
2 Packs (4 oz) Yoplait yogurt (Berry or Strawberry)

Glazed Betty Crocker orange color to decorate

In a blender, blend the yogurt and dulce de leche together. Reserve in the fridge.

Place 1 cup of Very Berry Cheerios ? in a sealed plastic bag and carefully crush the Cheerios with a spoon or roller. Place on the plate or cup in equal portions.

Cover the strawberries in the yogurt sauce and place them on a bowl of waxed paper.

Decorate with Betty Crocker? orange icing to make each strawberry look like a carrot.

Place each decorated strawberry in a serving dish or individual cups containing crushed Berry Cheerios.

Sandwich Tostado Carlitos Recipe

5 Ingredients

1 sandwich bread package
1 lb of pork ham
1 lb of cheese cut to sandwich (I recommend using mozzarella or a good cheese of your taste)
Ketchup, to taste
1 butter spoon.

1 Place butter on both sides of pan.
